• Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after confirmation.
• All designs and product images are for representation — slight variation may occur due to lighting and screen.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available, but only with a small prepaid booking amount (to avoid fake orders).
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, but we will support you throughout the process.
• Sale items are not eligible for exchange unless damaged or wrong product is received.
